This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and with whom it is shared when you use Infinite Rise.

1. Information We Collect

We do not create user accounts and do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information directly.

The following data may be collected automatically through the third-party services described below:

• Advertising identifier (GAID/IDFA): a resettable device-level identifier used to serve and measure ads
• IP address: used to determine approximate geographic location for ad targeting and fraud prevention
• Device information: device model, operating system version, language, and screen settings
• App activity: in-app interactions, session length, and gameplay events
• App performance data: crash logs and diagnostics
• Purchase history: records of in-app purchases processed through Google Play

Your game progress (coins, upgrades, skins) is saved locally on your device in an encrypted file. This data is never transmitted to our servers.

• To display advertisements and measure their performance
• To process in-app purchases and restore them if needed
• To analyze crashes and improve app stability
• To improve overall user experience

3. Third-Party Services

Infinite Rise uses the following third-party services that may collect data independently under their own privacy policies:

Appodeal

Appodeal is used as our primary ad mediation platform. It connects to multiple advertising networks to serve banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. Appodeal and its partner networks may collect the advertising identifier, IP address, device information, and app activity data to deliver and measure ads. Appodeal also provides a built-in Consent Management Platform (CMP) to manage your advertising consent preferences in accordance with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws.

Unity Ads

Unity Ads is one of the advertising networks used through Appodeal to display banner and rewarded advertisements. Unity may collect the advertising identifier, IP address, device information, and app activity data to deliver and measure ads.

Google Play Billing

In-app purchases (crystal packs) are processed entirely through Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment information. Google may collect purchase history and transaction identifiers as part of the billing process.

4. Advertising and Consent

Infinite Rise displays ads provided through Appodeal and its partner advertising networks. Ads may be personalized based on your advertising identifier and approximate location derived from your IP address, or non-personalized depending on applicable law and your preferences.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you will be shown a consent dialog on first launch, powered by Appodeal's built-in CMP (compatible with IAB TCF v2.2). You may update your consent preferences at any time through the app settings.

You can also reset or limit ad tracking through your device settings:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.

Data may be shared only with the third-party services listed in Section 3, solely for the purposes described above, and only as required by applicable law or legal process.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Game progress data is stored locally on your device. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the application.

For data held by Appodeal, Unity Ads, or Google, please refer to their respective privacy policies and data deletion request processes.

7. Children's Privacy

Infinite Rise is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access data held about you by our third-party partners (contact them directly using the links above)
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of personalized advertising via device settings or the in-app consent dialog
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
